Snapshots taken on the last day of the Praise & Worship held at the Good Shepherd Convent Chapel.
The Good Shepherd Sisters gave thanks to the Lord for His boundless blessings and the wonderful years in Marymount. The Eucharistic celebration was held on 21st Nov, 2013 at 6.30pm at the Good Shepherd Convent Chapel and His Grace, Archbishop William Goh graced the event.
The programme includes talks on renewal, faith, intercessory, healing, repentance and in-filling of the Holy Spirit by Br Emmanuel, Fr. James Yeo, Phillip Kok, Anne Marie Gatenby, Gerard and Jessica Francisco and Sr Christine Santhou. The closing mass was celebrated by Fr. Emmanuel.
Members of the Marymount Charismatic team participated in the Memorial Mass celebrated by Fr Paul Staes This event was held on 6th April, 2013 and it was organised by the Marymount Convent School Alumnae.
The Marymount Prayer team members and friends celebrated the lunar year of the snake with the tossing of the Yu Sheng for Luck...Prosperity...Peace... & Good Health at Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant at the Grandstand (Tuft City) on 17th February, 2013.
These pictures were taken by a Marymount team member while on a Paris stopover at Rue du Bac. This 19th century Marian sanctuary attracts thousands of pilgrims from all over the world. In this chapel the Blessed Virgin came to visit “in flesh and bone” in the words of St Catherine Laboure. See the body of St Catherine on display at the shrine below.
The theme of Fr Philip Chircop's Talk for the Retreat held at the Good Shepherd Convent Chapel is "The Joy of the Lord is My Strength" (Nehemiah 8:10).
Members of the SACCRE City District led the Praise & Worshop. Fr Philip Chircop gave a talk on "Surprised by the Spirit." Thereafter, he led the Eucharistic Healing Service.
