This auspicious salad dish was specially prepared by member/members of the MPS team who had spent many hours painstaking preparing the salad and condiments. This effort is very much appreciated by all. The ritual of 'lo hel' supposedly brings good fortune, thriving business and wishes come true for participants tossing the salad.
